Shoe of the Week: Paint the Town Chic in Sergio Rossi

I'm loving this Sergio Rossi "splash patent paintdrip peep toe" (try saying that five times fast), because it allows you to partake in this season's painterly trend without looking artsy-craftsy.

Hip Drips from Sergio Rossi

$495 at Sergio Rossi

What shoe are YOU lusting after??  Send me a link!  I'll feature the hottest pair right here on STYLE SPY next week...

Reminder: Fantasy trumps practicality

Well, I'm loving almost anything that is black & white now...

Wow! That's a "really big shoe" with a lot of sole. I may be a heel for putting my foot in my mouth. Sorry, but I was just feeling a little punny.

Nothing says hot like this shoe! It hitting all this seasons trends. Color blocking, Super high platform and sexiness!

A tongue-twister indeed:

"SPLASH PATENT PAINTDRIP PEEP TOE",

But aptly describes the visual from Heel to Toe!

Keep Up the Good Words!

These would look great with my boring black suit.

Black and white spectator platform peep-toes from Alexander McQueen! Also, gorgeous camel and white modified spectators from Linea Paolo (found at Nordstroms). Do I sense a theme here?

These are not posted on the Elisa Ferare's site.. but will be for Fall 2008.
Scarlett Johansson already has a pair.. They have that of the moment clunky,
vintage feel and feel like the next logical progression from the Gladiator
Heels that everyone is wearing now..

Meet Dominique... she moved in with me yesterday.

Bonus points for being reeeeally sexy on, super comfortable AND affordable... only $225. Plus, instant gratification available in NYC at The Shoe Box.

In the money-is-no-object category, the white Givenchy gladiator sandals are utterly to die for but rent must be paid, alas.

And Gwyneth's kid notwithstanding, I've got a rather major jones for the new "Apple" sandal from Jimmy Choo with all those metallic studs riding along on silver suede...

OMG, those might be better than the ones I picked...SANDAL SCANDAL!

That is a divine shoe indeed, but check out this most practical of all summer shoes: the louboutin cut out bootie, in NUDE.

Tragically, it is priced at $860. But they go with EVERYTHING!!

Anything preppy and peep-toe!! Think this seasons peep-toe Mary Janes and the cutest peep-toe oxfords!! J Crew makes an adorable peep-toe patent leather Mary Jane in some really delicious colors. And even Mr. Steve Madden himself has come up with a hotter than hot peep toe strappy pump in an adorable summer linen fabric!
